Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before preparation begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a fee.

Perishable goods: In line with regulations, fresh and perishable food items are non-returnable.

Complaints: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include details and, if possible, photos.

Resolution: Once reviewed, we may offer:
