Delivery Charges:
We have a minimum delivery order of £25.00
Delivery charge for local orders under £30.00 = £5.00
Delivery charge for local orders between £30.00 - £50.00 = £2.50
Delivery charge for local orders over £50.00 = FREE
Delivery:
Please note that we only deliver within the Perth area unless prior arrangements have been made, a delivery charge may also apply to certain orders.

Placing Orders:
Please note that all orders will be confirmed via fax, email, or telephone. If you have not had confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order please telephone us.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required when placing an order via this web-site, however we may be able to provide catering with less notice on certain occasions, please telephone us to enquire.
Deposits:
A 20% non returnable deposit is required for certain advance bookings & private orders, contact us for more details.
Food:
Please ensure food is kept refrigerated if not being consumed within 2 hours of delivery.
Soup should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery & should be kept in flask until time of consumption. Flask lid must remain closed at all times.
Platters & Flasks:
Please note that all platters and flasks remain the property of Catering Twist and must be returned or made available for our collection. Any items broken or not returned or made available for collection will be subject to a replacement charge.
Payment Terms & Pricing:
All prices shown are correct at time of publishing but may change without notice.
Prices are subject to VAT.
Payment terms are payment on collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Payment may be made via cash, cheque, BACS.
Cancellations:
Notice of cancellation is required as follows:
8 - 20 people a minimum of 4 days notice : 20 - 40 people a minimum of 7 days notice : 40 people & over a minimum of 14 days notice.
Charges are applicable if cancellation notice is not met.

We comply fully with The Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information solely to process your order.
We will not provide our customers information to a third party under any circumstance.
We will not send out unsolicited e-mails. We will only store information about our customers names, addresses, phone numbers, postal and e-mail addresses, and ordering history.
